NOW Group secures new sponsorship to support neurodivergent youth program

NOW Group is delighted to announce a new sponsorship agreement with Everway, a global leader in accessible and neuroinclusive technology, to support Fandom Junior, its free social programme for young people with learning difficulties, neurodivergence and autism.

Everway, formerly Texthelp and n2y, creates technology that removes barriers to communication, learning and expression. Their mission is to ensure everyone can understand and be understood, Welcoming the partnership, NOW Group Chief Services Officer Sean Hanna said:

“We’re delighted to welcome Everway as our sponsor of Fandom Junior. This partnership reflects our shared objective to build understanding, support environments where neurodivergence can thrive and bring positive change to individuals, families and communities – and we look forward to creating safe, nurturing spaces where young people can grow and belong.”

The sponsorship carries personal meaning for Everway and their Senior Software Engineer, Matt King, whose two sons attend Fandom Junior. Reflecting on the programme’s impact, he said: “My boys look forward to Fandom Junior every week.

“The gaming sessions help them connect with others who share their interests, and the monthly outings give them fun experiences outside their usual circles. As a parent, it’s reassuring to see them in an environment where they feel understood, safe and completely themselves.”

Cathy Donnelly, Chief People Officer at Everway and NOW Group Board Member, added:
