Meet the speakers

Dr. Alicia Roberts Frank
Dyslexia and Literacy Specialist
Dr. Alicia Roberts Frank has dedicated her career to helping students with dyslexia and supporting the educators who teach them. She has taught grades 1–12 in public schools, worked in a private school for children with dyslexia, and served as a regional administrator for special programs.
Alicia has trained and coached teachers, interventionists, and administrators on effective literacy and intervention practices, and has presented nationally and internationally on structured literacy instruction. She holds an Ed.D. in Learning and Instruction, is Slingerland trained, and continues to serve on advisory committees and boards that advance dyslexia awareness and support.

Megan Moore
VP, Neurodiversity, Everway
Megan Moore has worked in the field of special education as a teacher and consultant for the last 20 years. She specializes in autism, and developmental and intellectual disabilities.
Megan is an expert in supporting positive behavioral development within the school setting. She’s also provided training and consultation to educators to ensure high-quality instruction and support for students with disabilities. Megan is now VP of Neurodiversity at Everway, empowering educators to embrace neurodiversity and delivering supportive practices for K-12 and higher education.
