Recognised as a problem solver with a focus on talent strategy and execution, Federica has extensive international experience leading strategic initiatives at country, regional (EMEA), and global levels. With a track record of designing program and processes, Federica provides comprehensive business partnering and decision support to cross-functional leadership teams.

In the session, Federica will share how Salesforce is driving neuroinclusion through inclusive tools, support without formal disclosure, and employee-led innovation. She’ll offer practical strategies and real-world impact to inspire action.

Francisca is a Senior HR Executive with over 20 years of experience in organizational transformation and talent strategy for Fortune 500 companies like GE, Vodafone, and Siemens.

As Associate Director at Alvarez & Marsal, Francisca leads strategic workforce initiatives across EMEA, focusing on talent retention and cultural transformation and committed to advancing neurodiversity and inclusion. Recognized as a finalist for the British and European Diversity Awards, Francisca is passionate about developing high-performing teams and fostering inclusive, sustainable cultures. Currently, she spearheads the EMEA Employee Volunteering Program and is a Co-Chair of the EMEA Women Network at Alvarez & Marsal.

In the session, Francisca will explore how embedding neuroinclusion into workforce strategy can strengthen culture, retention, and performance across global teams.

Martin, who has dyslexia, founded Everway (formerly Texthelp) in 1996 with a mission to create technology that empowers everyone to communicate effectively. What began as support for speech and dexterity challenges has evolved into a leader in neuroinclusive technology, impacting over 250 million people worldwide. Martin’s vision is to unlock the potential of every brain, developing tools that address unique individual needs.

His personal experience with dyslexia drives his commitment to accessible communication, and he’ll bring invaluable insights on how technology can unlock greater workplace performance for neurodivergent individuals.
