Peter Dempsey
Disability Strategist
Peter is a nationally recognised inclusion strategist and entrepreneur, reshaping the disability sector through bold thinking, lived experience, and innovation. After a stroke at age four left him non‑verbal for nearly two decades, he turned personal challenge into powerful advocacy. He now helps people access the tools and opportunities they need to thrive.
With over 30 years of lived experience and two decades in business and strategy, Peter works with organisations across Australia and globally to create practical, scalable solutions that turn barriers into breakthroughs. He is committed to making inclusion a foundation for stronger communities.

Jake Naylor
Director of Inclusive Education
Passionate about inclusive education and disability advocacy, Jake has dedicated his career to creating equitable learning environments for all students.
Since 2006, he has worked across the Australian education sector, beginning as a physical education teacher and evolving into a leader in inclusive practice and policy.
His expertise in school policy, program evaluation, and universal design for curriculum has enabled him to drive systemic change, champion student voice, and strengthen inclusive practices across ACT public schools.
