Confidently managing digital access arrangements in exams

What’s this webinar about?
Access arrangement applications are rising, JCQ expectations continue to evolve, and finding trained readers and scribes each exam season is becoming harder.
In our third annual Exams Masterclass, Everway exam experts Laura and Alan will be joined by special guest Jugjit Chima, CEO of the National Association of Exams Officers, to show you how digital tools can support students as a normal way of working accommodation in exams with full JCQ compliance.
You’ll see how a Computer Reader, Computer Scribe and secure Word Processor operate in exam scenarios. We’ll demonstrate how text-to-speech and dictation can be used compliantly, helping to reduce reliance on human readers and scribes where appropriate, while maintaining full exam integrity.
As pressures increase, schools need solutions that are compliant, scalable and sustainable. A digital approach makes support more consistent and efficient, reduces staffing strain and embeds exam support into everyday learning. When used routinely, this approach becomes necessary for some, useful for all.
You’ll leave with practical clarity and the confidence to implement digital access arrangements in your own exam rooms. You’ll also have the opportunity to put your questions directly to Laura and Alan in a live Q&A.
