Isabel Fields
ESG Manager, Hearst
Isabel Fields brings a dynamic background in ESG and a deep commitment to advancing inclusion and sustainability across corporate environments. As ESG Manager at Hearst, she led the creation of the company’s first neurodiversity hiring program, which has become a core part of Hearst’s future of work strategy. Her expertise spans web accessibility, renewable energy purchasing, enterprise sustainability initiatives, and ESG strategy and reporting.
Before Hearst, Isabel worked on Oracle’s Social Impact team and held roles at Nike, the United Nations Foundation, and Iron Mountain, consistently embedding purpose into business.
Isabel will share practical insights and lessons from launching Hearst’s impactful neurodiversity program, inspiring attendees to build momentum in their own organizations.

Frank Justus
Global Co-Lead ENABLE BRG, Bayer
Frank Justus is the Global Co-Lead of Bayer’s ENABLE Business Resource Group (BRG) and a Member of the Board of Directors at Disability:IN. With over 25 years at Bayer, including extensive experience in strategic planning, finance and cross-functional leadership, Frank drives meaningful change by aligning leadership, BRGs, and organisational culture to create sustainable and impactful accessibility and inclusion strategies. He is passionate about advancing neuroinclusion, disability inclusion and accessibility in all areas of his company´s business.
Frank will reveal how aligned leadership, BRGs, and culture drive meaningful, sustainable inclusion during the session.

Lisa Smyth
VP Inclusive Workplaces, Everway
