Everway, a global leader in neuroinclusive technology, today announced a new partnership with Specialisterne USA. As a pioneer in the field, Specialisterne advances employment opportunities for neurodivergent individuals, including those with autism, ADHD, and other cognitive differences.

Together, the organizations will collaborate to broaden access to inclusive tools and workplace practices that support neurodivergent talent. As part of the partnership, Specialisterne USA will introduce Everway’s workplace tools,  including Read&Write, to the employers they support, helping individuals to thrive by working in ways that suit them best. By reducing friction around communication, focus, and organization, these tools help unlock potential, advance disability inclusion, and drive better outcomes across teams.

This partnership comes as both organizations were recognized in Forbes’ inaugural Accessibility 100 list in 2025 for their leadership in creating more neuroinclusive workplaces.

Jenn Feldman, Head of Strategic Partnerships at Specialisterne USA, shared:

“We’re excited to partner with Everway to bring even more value to the employers we support. Read&Write and Everway’s broader neuroinclusion suite provide practical, everyday tools that help remove common barriers to success for neurodivergent professionals. Together, we’re championing a strengths-based approach that values all ways of thinking and working.”

Everway is equally excited to introduce more of its customers to the incredible work Specialisterne USA does. The company offers a unique and proven model for supporting neurodivergent talent, from inclusive recruitment through to long-term success in the workplace.

Commenting on the partnership, Lisa Smyth, Head of Workplace at Everway, said:

“Our vision at Everway is to create a more neuroinclusive world where everyone can understand and be understood, no matter how their mind works. Specialisterne USA has been leading the way in reshaping how we all view neurodiversity  at work. Our goals are incredibly aligned. We’re proud to partner with them, not just to offer our tools to more organizations, but to shine a light on the incredible impact they’re having. This is about creating spaces where everyone has the support they need to thrive.”

About Specialisterne USA

In the United States, Specialisterne began operations in 2013 and has been a pioneer in the field, launching and supporting “Autism at Work” and “Neurodiversity at Work” programs within major U.S. corporations. Since then, Specialisterne has enabled hundreds of autistic and neurodivergent individuals meaningful job opportunities, trained and educated thousands of employers and their staff. With a presence in major cities like New York, Dallas, and San Francisco, Specialisterne has become a trusted partner to both public and private institutions, championing better outcomes and brighter futures for neurodivergent talent.

The organization continues to serve as a bridge between neurodivergent job seekers and companies looking to hire talent - focusing not on diagnoses or labels, but on a thorough assessment of each individual’s skills and potential. Increasingly, Specialisterne also helps organizations become more neuroinclusive and, thanks to the support of the Hg Foundation, provides training through its academy to better prepare neurodivergent individuals for entering the workforce.
