- Get real-time tone feedback, highlighting how a message may come across
- Generate clear, workplace-ready rewrites that keep the user’s intent intact
- Use templates for common situations, such as: Asking for help, setting boundaries, giving feedback, clarifying expectations, and navigating sensitive conversations
What does this mean?
Refine adapts to different communication styles, offering guidance and clarity where it’s needed. It goes beyond rewriting text, helping people understand how their message might land - and adjust it before hitting send.
For example:
- Autistic employees who may find it difficult to judge tone can feel confident their messages say what they mean, in the way they intend
- People working across cultures or languages can avoid unintended harshness or ambiguity

Refine was designed through a neuroinclusive lens, by Everway’s dyslexic Founder and neurodiverse product development team. It has been piloted by our Early Access Feedback Group, and shaped according to early feedback.
