Megan Moore
VP, Neurodiversity, Everway
Megan Moore has worked in the field of special education as a teacher and consultant for the last 20 years. She specializes in autism, and developmental and intellectual disabilities.
Megan is an expert in supporting positive behavioral development within the school setting. She’s also provided training and consultation to educators to ensure high-quality instruction and support for students with disabilities. Megan is now VP of Neurodiversity at Everway, empowering educators to embrace neurodiversity and delivering supportive practices for K-12 and higher education.

Precios M. Armstrong, Ed.D.
Director of Special Education; Adjunct Professor, Grand Valley State University & Central Michigan University
Dr. Armstrong has been an educator for over 20 years, with experience teaching across a variety of K–12 settings and programs. She currently serves as a Director of Special Education and teaches at the university level, preparing future educators in curriculum and special education leadership. Dr. Armstrong is a member of the Board of Directors for the Michigan Council for Exceptional Children and serves on the Professional Learning Committee for the Michigan Association of Administrators of Special Education—roles that reflect her deep commitment to advancing inclusive practices and supporting professional growth in the field. She holds degrees in Public Affairs, Special Education, Curriculum & Instruction, and Educational Leadership.

Ashley Moro, M.Ed.
Instructional Coach, Special Education
Ashleigh Moro has worked in education for nearly 15 years, focusing on individuals with complex needs. She began her career as a paraprofessional before serving as a teacher for 10 years. She currently is working as an Instructional Coach with a Special Education focus. Her background includes working with students with Cognitive Impairments, Autism Spectrum Disorder and Severely Multiply Impaired students. She serves as a trainer for crisis management and ULS knowing that behavior and engagement are linked. Additionally, Ashleigh works as a subject matter expert and trainer for a joint partnership project supporting students as they transition out of public education. She currently has a Master's degree in Autism Spectrum Disorders and is pursuing leadership credentials to support student achievement and staff development at a system-wide level.
