Megan Moore
VP, Neurodiversity, Everway
Megan Moore has worked in the field of special education as a teacher and consultant for the last 20 years. She specializes in autism, and developmental and intellectual disabilities.
Megan is an expert in supporting positive behavioral development within the school setting. She’s also provided training and consultation to educators to ensure high-quality instruction and support for students with disabilities. Megan is now VP of Neurodiversity at Everway, empowering educators to embrace neurodiversity and delivering supportive practices for K-12 and higher education.

Melisa Cunningham
Ingeus
An experienced Employee Relations, Diversity, and Wellbeing Specialist with a strong track record of success across both public and private sectors. Known for fostering inclusive workplace cultures where all employees can thrive, Melisa brings a solid foundation in human resources and deep expertise in diversity and inclusion strategies, talent management, coaching, and employee relations.
Skilled in case management and employment tribunal processes, Melisa has consistently resolved complex workplace issues while keeping employee wellbeing at the forefront. Rebecca is Director of Account Management and a key advisor on workplace accessibility and neuroinclusion. She partners with organizations across the public and private sectors to help them build environments where everyone can thrive, especially those who process and experience the world differently.
With over a decade of experience, Rebecca specializes in practical strategies and tools that boost neuroinclusion, reduce barriers, and support neurodivergent talent. She’s passionate about creating opportunities for all and believes that everyone deserves the right to understand and be understood
