Meet the speakers

Christina Taylor
KPMG
Christina is an experienced HR professional dedicated to creating equal opportunities and a culture of belonging for all. She has a particular interest in disability, neurodiversity, and mental health. Having worked in financial services for over 15 years, she has held roles in various areas including Vulnerable Customer Strategy and Corporate Responsibility.
She is actively involved in disability advocacy, serving as a co-chair of the Disability Employee Network, and a Lived Experience Ambassador for the eating disorders charity Beat. Additionally, she contributes to educational institutions as a board member, focusing on neuroinclusion and Special Educational Needs strategies.

Mark Lomas
Head of Culture, Lloyds
Mark is a multiple award-winning culture change practitioner. He has delivered numerous projects in the UK and internationally for organisations across a wide variety of sectors, including legal, media, infrastructure, and financial services.
Mark joined Lloyds as Head of Culture in January 2022. He leads an employee outreach and reverse mentoring programme, engaging over 45,000 people annually with participants from 84 countries. Mark is a fellow of CIPD and a member of the 5% Club. He has a proven track record in driving impactful change, particularly in the financial services sector.

Jacquline Alcindor
Legal & General Investment Management
Jacquline is a seasoned HR professional. She currently works at Legal & General Investment Management where she develops equal opportunities practices aligned with business priorities.
Jacquline won the Investing in Ethnicity Exceptional Inclusion award in 2024. She has also made significant contributions to companies like Urban Synergy and Lloyds Banking Group, fostering positive work cultures and helping shape environments that value fairness, representation, and belonging.
With a strong background in banking, and an MBA from Westminster University, Jacquline brings strategic thinking and a results-oriented approach to her work.
