What you’ll learn
- Use what you know about your students to design a classroom that’s structured enough to support success, and flexible enough to grow with your learners.
- Develop a framework for classroom routines, schedules, and expectations based on student needs and learning profiles.
- Plan for the first few weeks of school with strategies to introduce rules, organize activities, and build classroom culture.
- Learn how to evaluate what’s working (and what’s not) and adjust your environment using data, observation, and student feedback.

Meet the speakers

Megan Moore
VP, Neurodiversity, Everway
Megan Moore has worked in the field of special education as a teacher and consultant for the last 20 years. She specializes in autism, and developmental and intellectual disabilities.
Megan is an expert in supporting positive behavioral development within the school setting. She’s also provided training and consultation to educators to ensure high-quality instruction and support for students with disabilities. Megan is now VP of Neurodiversity at Everway, empowering educators to embrace neurodiversity and delivering supportive practices for K-12 and higher education.
