Everway today announced the appointment of Paul Campbell as Chief Information Officer.
In his role, Paul will lead Everway’s technology strategy, strengthening the systems, platforms and capabilities that support people to understand and be understood. He will play a key role in enabling Everway’s continued growth, while ensuring technology delivers meaningful and measurable impact for customers and colleagues.
Paul brings more than 20 years of senior leadership experience across IT, digital transformation, security and data in global organisations. He most recently served as CIO at Infinigate Group, where he led large-scale transformation programmes, strengthened data and AI capability, and supported business growth through mergers and acquisitions.
With deep experience across software and SaaS, private equity–backed environments, and scaling organisations through change, Paul brings expertise that strongly aligns with Everway’s purpose and long-term ambition.
“Paul is a values-led leader with a strong track record of using technology to enable people and organisations to thrive,” said Martin McKay, Executive Chair & Founder of Everway. “He brings clarity, accountability and a deep understanding of how technology can drive both impact and results. As we continue to scale, Paul’s leadership will be instrumental in ensuring our technology supports our mission and the people we serve.”
“I’m excited to be joining Everway at such a pivotal moment,” said Paul Campbell. “I’ve long admired the company’s purpose and the difference its technology makes for people who think differently.
“In this role, I’m looking forward to working closely with teams across the business to build technology that is trusted, scalable and human-centred.”
