Turning neuroinclusion into business impact

What’s it about?

Workplaces are changing. Many of the skills organisations need most today, such as creative thinking, complex problem solving, communication, and adaptability, are commonly associated with neurodivergent ways of thinking.

In many organisations, this talent already exists. Yet traditional ways of working can make it harder for neurodivergent employees to be recognized, supported, and use their strengths fully.

Across two panel discussions, leaders and experts share practical ways to unlock the potential already in your workforce.

The impact goes beyond individual performance. Research shows that companies embracing neurodiversity often see stronger business outcomes, including 1.6 times more revenue and 2.6 times more net income.

What you'll gain:

Practical insights on how to:

  • Design workplaces where every employee can contribute at their best
  • Create cultures of belonging and psychological safety where employees can show up with confidence
  • Align neuroinclusion strategies with long-term business growth
  • Apply neuroinclusion across all areas of the employee lifecycle, from hiring to talent development

Who will benefit?

HR, Workplace Innovation, Accessibility, and Neurodiversity leaders, and Inclusion Professionals from global organisations seeking practical strategies to embed neuroinclusion and accessibility across products, teams, and workflows.

The panels

Neurodiversity already exists within every workforce. Forward-thinking organisations are rethinking how they attract, support, and develop talent so that different ways of thinking can drive innovation and growth.

In this panel learn how organisations are evolving talent strategies, introducing technology, and aligning neuroinclusion with broader business goals to strengthen long-term business performance.

Research shows that 63% of neurodivergent employees mask their neurodivergence at work.

When employees feel they have to hide parts of themselves to fit in, their ideas, perspectives, and strengths are less likely to be shared. Over time, this can affect wellbeing, confidence, and the ability for organisations to benefit from the full potential of their people.

In this panel discover how to create psychologically safe workplaces where neurodivergent employees feel confident to bring their full selves to work.
