• Identify what you already know, and still need to learn, about each student’s needs, strengths, motivators, and accommodations.
• Use tools and strategies from Everway solutions and beyond to inform support.
• Develop simple strategies (like one-page profiles) to communicate student needs across your classroom team and school community.
