This session is designed for Everway educators who want to start the year with a strong understanding of their learners and a shared plan to support every student.
What you’ll learn
- Gather, organize, and share the most important insights about each of your students, so your team can deliver personalized support from the very first day.
- Identify what you already know, and still need to learn, about each student’s needs, strengths, motivators, and accommodations.
- Use tools and strategies from Everway solutions and beyond to inform support.
- Develop simple strategies (like one-page profiles) to communicate student needs across your classroom team and school community.

Meet the speakers

Megan Moore
VP, Neurodiversity, Everway
Megan Moore has worked in the field of special education as a teacher and consultant for the last 20 years. She specializes in autism, and developmental and intellectual disabilities.
Megan is an expert in supporting positive behavioral development within the school setting. She’s also provided training and consultation to educators to ensure high-quality instruction and support for students with disabilities. Megan is now VP of Neurodiversity at Everway, empowering educators to embrace neurodiversity and delivering supportive practices for K-12 and higher education.
