We’ve introduced cloud backup support in Everway Tasks, giving users a simpler way to protect and restore their task data.

Users can now back up locally stored task information to either Google Drive or OneDrive. Backups are fully controlled by the user and do not route through Everway infrastructure.

What’s changing

Everway Tasks can now securely save backup copies of task data to supported cloud storage providers.

This means users can restore their information more easily if they switch devices, experience hardware issues, or need access to their data after a device loss or reset.

The backup process is designed to work within the user’s own Google Drive or OneDrive account, helping keep control of data in the hands of the user.

Designed to reduce the risk of data loss

Tasks often contain important plans, reminders, and personal workflows that users rely on every day. Losing that information can disrupt routines and create additional stress.

Cloud backup helps reduce that risk by giving users a safer and more reliable way to store task data outside of their device. This is especially valuable for users who depend on structured planning tools to manage workload and daily responsibilities.

Supporting confidence and continuity across devices

By adding support for Google Drive and OneDrive, Everway Tasks becomes more flexible for users working across multiple devices or cloud ecosystems.

The update also supports better continuity over time, helping users keep access to their task information without depending entirely on a single device.

Helping users work with greater confidence

Reliable backup options can help users feel more secure using task management tools as part of their everyday workflow.
