Everway appoints Stephen Garland as Chief Product Officer

May 4, 2026 – Everway has appointed Stephen Garland as Chief Product Officer, strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to grow and scale its impact.

Stephen will lead the direction of Everway’s product organisation to deliver solutions that remove barriers to understanding and help people communicate with confidence. His focus will be on translating Everway’s purpose into products that drive both meaningful outcomes and long-term growth.

With more than 25 years’ experience, Stephen has worked across product and technology leadership, investment and advisory roles. Stephen played a key role in scaling Trustpilot through to its IPO on the London Stock Exchange in 2022. Alongside his previous role as Chief Product & Technology Officer and Senior Board Advisor at Dalet, he also leads Xrosslytics, advising CEOs and investors on product strategy, innovation and integration.
