What’s this webinar about?

Access arrangement requests are rising, and finding human readers and scribes is getting harder. Managing these requests while meeting JCQ rules creates heavy staff workload and student exam stress.

Digital tools offer a practical, compliant solution that builds student independence and eases school pressure.

In this 45-minute webinar, you’ll learn from Everway and SEN Consultants, Abigail Hawkins and Fiona Johnson. You’ll leave with practical clarity and the confidence to implement digital access arrangements in your own exam rooms.

You’ll also have the opportunity to put your questions directly to our panel in a live Q&A.

What you'll learn

  • Practical solutions to common access arrangement challenges
  • How digital readers, scribes, and word processors operate in exam scenarios
  • Ways to embed tools early in lessons to prove a normal way of working
  • Practical tool examples, free downloadable resources, and live Q&A

Who should attend?

  • Exams Officers
  • SENCOs
  • School leaders responsible for access arrangements
