We’ve introduced a new update in Everway Tasks that automatically factors calendar events into daily capacity planning.
Calendar events are now included as unavailable time for the day, helping users build plans that better reflect the time they actually have available. This creates a clearer picture of workload and remaining capacity at a glance.
What’s changing
When meetings or other calendar events are scheduled, Everway Tasks will now deduct that time from the user’s daily capacity automatically.
This means planned work is measured against real availability, helping users avoid over-scheduling and better understand how much focused time remains in the day.
Designed to support more realistic planning
Time management can become more difficult when schedules are already filled with meetings and interruptions.
By including calendar commitments directly within capacity calculations, this update helps users create plans that are more achievable and easier to manage throughout the workday.
Supporting healthier and more manageable workloads
When workload planning reflects real availability, users can make more informed decisions about priorities and deadlines.
This update is designed to help reduce over-scheduling, improve confidence in daily planning, and create a more balanced approach to managing work across the day.
