We’ve added digital signatures to OrbitNote Modern, making it easier to complete, sign, and share PDF documents without leaving the app.
You can now create handwritten or typed signatures, save them for future use, and insert them directly into PDFs. This brings a popular feature from Classic OrbitNote into the modern experience, helping you complete forms and documents more efficiently.
What’s changing
Digital signatures are now built directly into OrbitNote Modern. Whether you’re signing school forms, agreements, or other PDF documents, you can add your signature in just a few steps. Once you've created a signature, you can save it and reuse it whenever you need it, helping reduce repetitive work.

Designed to simplify document workflows
Moving between different tools to sign a document can interrupt your workflow and take extra time.
By bringing digital signatures into OrbitNote Modern, you can review, annotate, complete, and sign PDFs in the same place. This creates a simpler, more intuitive experience and helps keep your work moving.
Supporting a more complete PDF experience
This update is part of our ongoing work to bring key functionality from Classic OrbitNote into the modern platform. By restoring digital signatures alongside existing annotation and accessibility tools, OrbitNote Modern continues to grow as a complete PDF solution that supports learning, work, and everyday document tasks.
