Meet the speakers

Emilie Koss
Solutions Specialist
Emilie Koss is a former special education teacher with 15 years of experience supporting students with severe to profound autism and moderate to severe intellectual disabilities. Throughout her time in the classroom, she used Everway solutions to provide accessible, differentiated instruction and meaningful learning opportunities for her students. Emilie now serves as a Solutions Specialist at Everway, where she has spent the past two years partnering with educators and districts to implement tools that support inclusive learning and student success.

Matt Shull
Senior Product Manager
Matt Shull is a Senior Product Manager at Everway with over 10 years of EdTech experience spanning K-12, higher education, and adult education. He leads product strategy across Everway's IEP products, and designed and drives the Shared IEP Services platform, unifying three acquired products into a connected AI and compliance layer for special education teams nationwide.

Lacey Stone
Special Education Teacher
Lacey Stone is a high school Special Education Teacher with more than 10 years of experience supporting students with diverse learning needs, including the past eight years as an ALPs (Alternative Learning Pathways) teacher. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies from Fresno State and her Education Specialist credential from National University. Lacey specializes in designing individualized instruction that promotes independence, communication, and meaningful community engagement for students with significant support needs. Her commitment to education earned her recognition as a district finalist for Excellence in Education 2024, and she was recently recognized by a local organization at Fresno State for her contributions to education.
