About Martin McKay
Martin McKay founded Texthelp in 1996 with a clear goal, to help people with communication difficulties succeed. Over the past 25+ years, he has built and led the company, now Everway, to create literacy and STEM technology used by millions of people around the world every day.
He believes understanding and being understood changes lives. Under his leadership, Everway has supported more than 250 million people globally, helping learners and workers access opportunity with confidence.
For Martin, neuroinclusion is not a trend. It is a responsibility and a measurable path to better outcomes in education, work, and life.
