IEP quality can vary widely from one educator, building, or program to the next, and that variation is often difficult to see until a review puts many IEPs side by side. The issue is rarely effort.

More often, teams simply lack a shared structure for the work. This session will explore where inconsistency tends to enter the IEP process and how shared structure at each point can help, using Polaris, Everway's IEP goal development and progress monitoring platform, alongside the writing and compliance systems your district already runs.

What you'll learn:

  • Where does variance enter our IEP process, and how does it shape our compliance posture?
  • How is an IEP goal-development tool different from the IEP writing and compliance systems we already run?
  • How can shared goal banks and consistent monitoring workflows raise goal quality while returning time to our teams?
  • How can instructional data from Unique Learning System and enCORE connect with Polaris for a more continuous picture of student growth?

Join this 60-minute session where we will walk the IEP process point by point, share results from a published time study that cut a single annual IEP review from 14 hours to under three, and leave you with a consistency standard you can apply in your district regardless of vendor.
