How we hire

We design our hiring process the same way we design our products. Around people.

We focus on your strengths, your thinking, and your potential. We’re not looking for one type of background or one way of working. We value different perspectives and different ways of solving problems.

Here’s what that means in practice:

Strengths first. We assess skills, impact, and growth potential.

Structured and fair. We use consistent interview questions and evaluation criteria to reduce bias.

Clear and transparent. You’ll know what stage you’re at and what comes next.

Two-way conversations. Interviews aren’t one-sided. You’ll have space to ask questions and decide if we’re right for you too.

We hire with neuroinclusion in mind. We recognise that people communicate and think differently, and we build that into our process.

Accessibility

We want the application process to work for you.

If there’s an adjustment that would help you perform at your best, we’re happy to provide it. You don’t need to disclose a diagnosis to request support. Just tell us what would be helpful.

Here are some of the accommodations we offer:

  • Wheelchair-accessible interview locations for in-office meetings
  • Additional time for interviews to allow for breaks
  • Flexible scheduling to suit your preferred times
  • A dedicated point of contact for questions or support throughout the process
  • Option to turn your camera off during virtual interviews
  • Interview questions shared in the chat during virtual interviews
  • One-on-one interviews instead of panel interviews where possible
  • Support for assistive technology
  • Other adjustments based on your needs
